Down jacket by kolor x adidas in high-tech survival style

The down jacket in blue and silver makes think of survival blankets of mountaineers! It's from the new collaborative performance collection FW2015/16 by the Japanese label kolor for adidas and was presented during the currently running Paris Fashion Week at adidas' concept store No42. The adidas by kolor collection will be available from September 2015.

Central at the collection are the high-tech fabric and footwear technologies; Climaheat is inspired by natural fur and the material combination in one piece under the name Climachill cools with aluminium spheres on material made of yarns which contain titanium. Climaheat and Climachill are used for clothing and footwear as well. The adidas by kolor performance collection consists not only of outerwear or shirts, it's announced that kolor founder and designer Junichi Abe created footwear which is equipped with adidas' Boost technology.

Recently, adidas presented the new Ultra Boost and announced the combination of sneakers with computer technology; Mashable reports from a wearable device in collaboration with Google.
